Sleepout Velcro Mounts—also called Velcro plates in the source—use an adhesive backing to attach to a surface. They let you hang Sleepout Portable over the window frame and can help block light around the curtain's edges.

Velcro Mounts are not included with Sleepout Portable.

They are not reusable or intended as a temporary mount.

The source describes them as damage-free and says they can attach to any surface without damaging walls.
Install the mounts

Clean and dry the installation surface.

Position two mounts above the window, leaving some extra space on either side if possible. Do not space them wider than the curtain.

Remove the adhesive backing and press each mount onto the surface.

Press the curtain's Velcro onto the mounted plates.
Remove the mounts

Insert a rigid, hard object, such as a key, between the adhesive and the installed surface. The original instructions also suggest a knife; use caution to avoid injury or surface damage.

Gently pull the adhesive away from the surface until the mount peels off.

Do not try to reuse the removed mount.
