We are so confident in our curtains' light-blocking ability, we offer the only blackout guarantee. We believe your curtains should be made from fabric that guarantees it blocks 100% of light.

To ensure you receive your curtains in perfect light-blocking condition, Sleepout asks customers to inspect all blackout curtains immediately upon receipt to be eligible for our Blackout Guarantee. 

Policy Details

• Coverage: This guarantee covers any damage or defect to the curtain fabric material that directly and immediately prevents the curtain from achieving a 100% blackout performance upon first inspection. This includes visible tears, holes, punctures, or catastrophic fabric flaws.

• Reporting Deadline: The customer must report the damage or defect to Sleepout within two (2) calendar days of receiving the product (based on delivery tracking confirmation). Claims made after this 2-day inspection window will be considered potential damage occurring after delivery and will be subject to the standard terms and exclusions of the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

• Remedy: If the claim is made within the 2-day period, Sleepout will replace the affected curtain panel at no cost to the customer.

• Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover light seepage around the edges, top, or bottom of the window (known as "light gaps") or light coming through from holes in the fabric from stitching around the edges of the curtain. It also excludes any damage caused by improper handling during unboxing or installation.
  

How to Report a Claim

To report a claim under the Blackout Guarantee, please contact Sleepout immediately, providing:

1. Detailed photos of the damage or defect in the fabric that compromises the blackout function, and what led to the damage.
