Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 50 Days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a credit or 14 days for a refund. Sleepout reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. A Shipping label is provided for each return and deducted from the return total.

Products that show signs of use, have been opened or are missing packaging may not be returned after 14 days. Cash Refunds are subject to fees between 14-50% of the order total, depending on the condition of the product.
Products that have the word 'custom' in the title are made-to-order or marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
In addition, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.

Cancellations
For any cancellations, please send us a message at sleepoutcurtains.com/help with your order number. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped. Custom orders may not be cancelled.
Shipping
We typically fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Please double check your shipping address information is correct as we cannot make changes once your order has been fulfilled.
If your order is lost, returned to sender, or arrives broken, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to investigate and reship your order if the tracking shows it is undelivered.
Lifetime Warranty
We stand by our products. If any product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will replace the item at no cost to you, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to file a claim.
Ater your purchase of one or more Sleepout products, if you experience any manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the original product purchased.
This warranty covers material defects. This warranty does not cover (a) wear and tear; (b) normal changes to resilience; (c) stains; (d) business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use.
Sleepout Inc., at its sole discretion, will replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Please note: this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province or state to state.
