We offer 50 Day Returns on all Sleepout® Blackout curtains that are defective with no cost to you as well as easy exchanges with provided shipping labels.

All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging without any damage. If the item is found to be damaged or used, a credit will be issued.

Please note, for partial returns, we can not apply bulk discount prices. The product must be dropped off at a USPS post office within 14 days of starting the return, or it will be cancelled.

Cancellations
For any cancellations, please send us a message at sleepoutcurtains.com/help with your order number. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped.
Shipping
We typically fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Please double check your shipping address information is correct as we cannot make changes once your order has been fulfilled.
If your order is lost, returned to sender, or arrives broken, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to investigate and reship your order if the tracking shows it is undelivered.
365-Day Limited Warranty
We stand by our products. If any product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will replace the item at no cost to you, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to file a claim.
For an entire 365 days after your purchase of one or more Sleepout products, if you experience any manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the original product purchased.
This warranty covers material defects. This warranty does not cover (a) wear and tear; (b) normal changes to resilience; (c) stains; (d) business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use.
Sleepout Inc., at its sole discretion, will replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Please note: this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province or state to state.
