Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 50 Days from the date of delivery to return curtains for store credit or 7 days for a partial refund if the product is unopened. A Shipping label is provided for each return and deducted from the return total. Sleepout reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer.

Returns are subject to a 14% return fee. Products that are opened or are not sealed may only be returned for a store credit. If a product is returned opened a 50% fee will be deducted and the product will not be returned.

Products that have the word 'custom' in the title are made-to-order or marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged. 
In addition, bulk purchases of 10 or more curtains are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
Curtain hardware like rods, suction cups or other mounts can not be returned if opened.

Items will be produced according to the measurements provided. Size variations within the following industry-accepted tolerances are not considered defects, fabric make shrink depending on climate between 1-2%
Drapery standard tolerance is ±1 inch in variance.

For any cancellations, please send us a message at sleepoutcurtains.com/help with your order number. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped. Custom orders may not be cancelled for any reason.

We typically fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Please double check your shipping address information is correct as we cannot make changes once your order has been fulfilled.

 
If your order is lost, returned to sender, or arrives broken, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to investigate and reship your order if the tracking shows it is undelivered.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Lifetime Warranty

We stand by our products. If any product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will replace the item at no cost to you, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to file a claim.

Ater your purchase of one or more Sleepout products, if you experience any manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the original product purchased.
