Once I install wrap around curtain rod, it will be even better! No bad smell at all. Curtains definitely keep more heat in/ block cold. I live in North MN - wicked wind here! Thankyou Sleepout🥳

These curtains effectively block light and don't have a chemical odor or cause a reaction in my ever-so-sensitive body. Meeting those criteria earns them 5 stars in my book, especially given that other Oeko-Tex certified curtains did not work for me. The Seepout curtains did have a chemical odor right out of the box, but it dissipated faster than with any smelly thing I've ever owned (within hours). I bought them on the understanding that it would be okay to machine wash and dry them, but the tag on them suggests they can't be tumble dried. With an outside-mount rod there is light leakage around the edges, so I'm considering a second window covering. Once I get that in place I'll work on knocking the creases out of them. Meanwhile, I've got one curtain inside the frame and one outside and that functions pretty well.

I was disappointed that the delivery person couldn't follow instructions. It clearly states on the mailbox to deliver "packages by RED BROOM to your right. thank you." MY PACKAGE was delivered at the front door where it could have been stolen. I rushed after church ended to grab the package before it walked away.
