The Sleepout Portable Blackout Curtain 2.0

Baby took 2 hour nap with these curtains!! My baby is 6 months and has been a cat napper since born. I bought "black out curtains" on amazon and when they arrived, I hung them up and quickly learned they were not AT ALL black out! The sun was shining right through them. I decided to try Sleep Out and so glad I did! I got the double curtain so I have one permanently hung up in nursery and other one is for traveling! My baby has never slept better!!! No joke! These work great and I'm shocked at how well it helps her sleep! Def recommend!

I originally purchased two panels in preparation for a week-long beach vacation for my 14 month old but tested them out in his bedroom first. Oh my gosh! I have never been into sleep training and we have never made my son cry alone in his room like some choose to do. The first night we used these curtains though he slept 11 hours..and the next night...and the next night. All I can think was that he was waking up in the night and distracted by all he could see, and possible overstimulated, unable to go back to sleep. We went on vacation and they were critical to all of us sleeping. Baby slept in a pack and play next to our bed and we all slept great. When we returned from vacation, the sleep out curtains went back up in his room right away! I highly recommend these for the ease of set up/tear down/moving them and for keeping the room truly blackout. One 'edit' I did make was that I found the sticky tabs don't work that well (it's basically a 3M strip) so I used thumb tacks around my window frame so no light slivers could sneak in. Works perfectly.

My toddler sleeps almost two hours longer in the morning now!!!

I bought these becuas when we travel to rental homes and to our ranch they do not have black out curtains like our house so napping is always a struggle and our children wake up as soon as the sun rises. We have been using the sleep out curtain for my two sons who share a bedroom. They wake up super early like 5am and not getting a full nights rest and honestly just kept telling myself they will eventually sleep. We have a street light right outside their bedroom and honestly making the room dark has made a difference in their sleep. Sleeping in for an extra hour since we started using them. I love that i can still remove them during the day to let the light in AND we can bring them on our travels to hotels, camping, etc.

I am an ICU nurse who works night 12-hour night shifts. It is very important that I am able to sleep during the day because I do not have the option of not being at the top of my game. I have roll down blinds on our windows but light still shines through the sides and top. Even with regular blackout curtains as a second layer the room was always too light for me to wind down and get a good sleep. This is different. So far it's been making a huge difference, I sleep like it's the middle of the night. My friends were in awe at how good they were so they ended up buying some too!

The curtains are amazing, words can not express the difference it has made in both of our sleep in one week. After several nights of the best sleep of our lives, we realized that they are making an enormous difference and we love them! Zero light bleeds from ANY of the sides (top, bottom, sides). Thought I was doing this just for my husband, but I see a huge difference for myself as well already!
