Shipping

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. All Sleepout orders come with a tracking number, so you'll know when your order is on its way to you. 

When your order is fulfilled, it departs our headquarters and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc). When your order is with the carrier, Sleepout has no control over the package and the best way to resolve shipment and delivery issues is to contact the carrier directly.  

Please double check your address information is correct as we cannot make changes once your order has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost when ordering to parcel forwarding, proxy mailing services, or PO boxes.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are variable and ultimately based on the carrier delivering the package. After your order has been fulfilled, it will usually take 3-5 days to arrive at your door (depending on your location).

When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that "tracking number generated" does not mean that the product has already shipped. We do not have control over shipments once they have left our headquarters. We will always do our best to help resolve shipping issues, but in the event of any delays shown by tracking number, the best way to resolve issues is to contact the carrier directly.  

Reshipping Packages 

Sleepout will cover a 1-time shipping fee to reship your order in the event of an error in the case of "Return to Sender", address errors, or other shipping-related issues.

Do not attempt ecommerece fraud. We report all fraud to local police.

If your order is lost, stolen, returned to sender, or arrives broken, please message us at sleepoutcurtains.com/help to file a claim.
