How does the warranty work?
All of our blackout curtains come with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your curtain ever fails due to a defect, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Can I install them sideways?
Yes! There is velcro around all edges so you can install the Sleepout Portable both ways.
Does it work with my curtains or blinds?
Yes! Sleepout® Portable works best behind your blinds & curtains, to block all light coming through the window.
Is it machine washable?
Yes! Machine wash on delicate cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Machine dry on delicate cycle or hang to dry with the lighter side up on a rounded line.
How do your curtains control temperature?
Sleepout® Blackout Fabric has a white backing layer that is HOA-approved and reflects sunlight back outside to stop rooms from overheating. In the cold, the thickness of our fabric keeps the cold drafts out.

You can return any like-new curtains within 14 days of your order for a refund or exchange. Refunds include the full value of your order (minus $9.95 for return shipping).
